What is a Shortcut on my Home screen?
You can now fully configure your home screen by creating powerful shortcuts. Speed up many of your daily tasks and save a lot of time.
You are able to configure multiple shortcuts of the same issue type. Also shortcuts can be renamed or deleted by taping select and then taping on the rename or delete option on the bottom of the screen. Shortcuts can be move by long pressing and then moving them. |
Available Shortcut Types

Search | Preconfigure a basic or advanced search (JQL) with this shortcut.
Filter | Any previously created filter can be made accessible on the shortcuts home screen.
Scan | A scanner can be configured to scan supported codes (such as QR, Data matrix codes) and use the result for searching.
Dashboard | Set up a dashboard shortcut to access frequently used dashboards.
External URL | Set up other web applications to access directly from your home screen. If you set this up for Atlassian Cloud applications, authentication will be handled for you. |
