Create Issue Shortcut
Tap + icon on top right
Select Issue shortcut type
Search and select issue that should appear on home screen
Selected issue will appear on home screen as a shortcut
Rename Shortcut
Tap Selection button on top right
Select the shortcut to rename
Tap Rename button on bottom left
Type in the new name and hit done
