Data Subject Request (DSR) Handling Procedure – MobilityStream, LLC

  1. Intake request via privacy@mobilitystream.com or support portal (Jira Service Management).

  2. Verify identity of requester using email confirmation or customer reference.

  3. Query relevant systems (AWS logs, Jira tickets, SupportPlatform) for personal data: IP logs, user accounts, support ticket metadata.

  4. If data exists, provide copy or delete as requested; if no data retained, communicate outcome to requester.

  5. For deletion requests, trigger automated log and ticket deletion jobs; confirm completion.

  6. Respond within 30 days; escalate complex requests to privacy lead or DPO.

  7. Document request, actions taken, and response in Jira for audit and compliance.
