Table Details

F4J_ISSUE_SLA_CYCLES

This table contains information for all SLA cycles applicable to work items keys from Service Desk projects in Jira. One instance of this table is created per configured export location. All exports with the SLA Cycles additional export option selected will merge information into this table. For this reason, it is generally recommended that this option only be selected for one export per location, unless individual exports operate on distinct subsets of work item keys. Otherwise export processes may perform duplicate work.
