Tap on + icon on top right of home screen

Pick the Search shortcut type from the list

On the Search screen use basic or advanced search to create your issue list

Basic - select options with the available button, slide to the left to see more options (Mac: hold Shift and use the mouse wheel)

Advanced - press advanced an enter the desired JQL
-
Press Save & enter a recognizable name

Search Shortcut will show up on Home screen
