Update Schedules

Snowflake Integration allows a user to specify the frequency at which their exports are updated with changes from Jira issue data. By default this data is not synchronized, and the exports must be manually updated from My Snowflake Exports. Users have a second option, realtime, which will update their export’s data shortly after Jira issue data changes. A third option, custom, allows users to specify up to 3 schedules for each of their exports, updating issue data in their exports on recurring schedules. Exports using custom update schedules will have a full refresh of their data performed as scheduled, unless the “Only changed issues” checkbox is checked when the schedule is created. In this case the update will only refresh issues and issue-related data that has changed in Jira since the last time the export was updated.
